Walking Group
Join the Walking Group. We meet at the Center at 8 am every weekday morning and walk in the Fitness Room with Leslie Sansone’s videos.
You can also walk at 10 am on your own.
Come on down – it only takes twenty minutes and really gets your day off to a great start!
