Walking Group
Join the Walking Group. We meet at the Center at 8 am every weekday morning and walk in the Fitness Room with Leslie Sansone’s videos. NO CHARGE
Ann Molloy is leading a new Exercise
Class at the Center. The seated exercise
program improves muscle tone, flexibility,
and cardiovascular endurance. The class
meets on Monday and Wednesday at 10 am
at the Center, 100 W. North Street, on the
downtown square. There is no special
equipment for this class AND the class is
FREE. Come join us!
