Chicks Eating Out
Every Wednesday all ladies in the area
are invited to join a group at 12 noon
for a Dutch Treat lunch. This is a great
time to meet new people or catch up
with old friends. Here’s the schedule:
September 3 - Jack’s Steakhouse
September 10 - Market Sq. Tea Room
September 17 - Ofelia’s
September 24 - Lunker’s Grill
QUILTING CLASSAlicia Avila will lead a one-day workshop at
the Center on Saturday, September 13.
Participants will machine quilt their own
fabric which will be used to construct a large
bag. This class is for those already familiar
with quilting and sewing. A sample of the
bag can be seen in the UAAC office.
Cost of the class is $50 which includes
the pattern for the bag. A list of
supplies is available with paid registration.
